Fashion really makes people crazy... even on coldest of days, you may find ladies in half sleeve or without sleeve dresses (no woolens of course)... And not only on marriages,, that is considered accepted norm now,, but at academic events also. They will have goosebumps,,, but a cardigan or a shawl is Big No No..!!!
